Hotel Café Royal's spa, Akasha Holistic Wellbeing, has held the number 1 spot on Tripadvisor in Spas and Wellbeing in London for over a year. The space, spanning over 1,200 sqm, features an 18m lap pool, sauna, Hammam, Jacuzzi, nine treatment rooms including hydrotherapy suites and Watsu pool, a lounge bar and spacious gym which was refurbished in 2020 and offers the latest LifeFitness equipment. Guests can also partake in weekly classes including yoga, Pilates or boxing, and book the hotel's personal trainers and wellbeing specialists.
